Three-storey house located about 800 m from the spa centre. Comfortable rooms for 3, 4 and 5 guests. The building can house 118 visitors.

The building is disabled-friendly. It has got its own treatment facility, dining room and school (for children aged 6-16).

There is a lift operating in the building.
