Therapeutic stays

The price for a 1-day stay includes: accommodation, boarding (3 meals a day – you start with dinner and supper upon arrival and end with breakfast on the day of your departure), initial medical examination and first aid, 2 treatment sessions (except Sundays and holidays). Check-in time from 11 am, checkout 9 am.

Discounts:

3% - for 7-days stays sunday to sunday (except hotel Caspar and hotel Pod Rozami)

5% - for 14-days stays sunday to sunday (except hotel Caspar and hotel Pod Rozami)

5% - for 21-days or longer stays

Children under 3 years old: free. Children under 7 years old: 50% off (half portions). Children under 12 years old: 20% off (half portions).

Subject to regulations of Jelenia Góra City Council, a spa fee of PLN 2.10 a day is collected.

You should confirm your booking with an advance payment of 30% of the total price. The payment should be executed within 14 days. You must paid the remaining amount at the reception desk within 3 days of your arrival (cash or card). Should you give up the entire or part of your visit, our Company will charge you with 30% of the price for the unused stay. Resygnation: more than 30 days before the day of arrival - you get advance payment back (minus 10zł); less than 30 days before the day of arrival  - advance payment will not be returned.

• Should I arrive for a specific period?
  No. You can start your treatment on any day and stay however long you wish. Book before arrival.
• Can I get diet meals ?
  Yes. We offer a range of therapeutic diets.
• Can I buy extra treatments?
  Yes, if our doctor accepts them.
• Can choose treatments myself?
  Patients can choose a treatment from the list, but during the medical examination before your therapy, our doctor must prove your choice.
